The beauty of Collective Wealth is that we all suffer together—democratically! Your poverty is our poverty. My Lamborghini is everyone's Lamborghini (to look at, not touch). This is the true spirit of communism: making sure everyone feels equally bad about their bank account while I explain why my Tesla is actually a "community vehicle."
Distributed Profits means that all gains from labor are fairly distributed across the organization! The CEO gets 400x what you make, but it's distributed, see? He distributes it into his savings, his investment portfolio, his third vacation home...
In the Commie Capitalist system, we believe profits should flow like water—downhill, away from workers, and into tax havens. When your company announces "record profits," remember: those profits are being distributed! Just... not to you. To shareholders. Who are definitely "part of the collective" if by collective you mean "people with diversified portfolios."
